LongHorn wanted to bring the feeling of cutting into a juicy steak from table to browser, so we served up a website refresh with a sizzle guests know and love. Drawing from web analytics and guest survey data, the path was clear: simplify navigation, spotlight what guests crave, and make ordering all of it faster. Turning insight into action, we transformed their site from a standard info hub into the platform LongHorn’s quality and crave deserves. Refreshed imagery and messaging, smarter UX and streamlined navigation made getting to the good stuff easier without sacrificing the brand experience. On the backend, built-in flexibility in the site’s architecture will make building custom or promotional landing pages much easier moving forward. The result? Guests couldn’t help but dig in.  

Survey results and sales performance showed strong improvements across the board:
